Standard version of fire pump with horizontal pump or vertical pump assembled with diesel engine and controller. Fields of Application: hydrant system, sprinkler system and water mist system where is short of power.
We can supply types of fire pump:
1.Horizontal Split Case Pump.
2.End Suction Pump.
3.Vertical in Line Pump.
4.Vertical Turbine Pump.
*Max. Capacity: 400L/S (6300 US.GPM)
*Max. Head: 250mt. (355 psi)
*Work Pressure: 1.6 Mpa (4.0 Mpa on request)
*Speed:1500 RPM or 3000 RPM
*Materials: Casing in Cast Iron; Impeller in Cast Iron(Bronze on request); Shaft in Alloy Steel(Stainless Steel on request); Shaft Sleeve in Stainless Steel.
*Shaft Seal: Adjustable Packing Gland or Mechanical Seal.
Fire pump with Diesel Engine drive:
*4 Stroke Cycle, Direct Injection.
*Close type water cooled with radiator and fan, or Open type with heat exchanger
*12 V or 24 V Electric Starting.
*Rated Speed: 1500 RPM~3000 RPM.
*The following accessory items shall also be furnished:
-Lube Oil Heater (Option)
-Engine Jacket Water Heater
-Exhaust Silencer
-Flexible Exhaust Connector
-Lead Acid Batteries.
-Battery Rack
-Fuel Tank in welded steel plate installed at a height above that of the diesel engine with fuel for 6 hours operation.
Controller: Designed to provide completed Automatic; Manual operation of diesel engine driven fire pump.
